Bottom line- lots of mistakes that are correctable that would have changed the outcome is the feeling from Ops.

Well I didn’t need the film room to see any of this but ok.

9 guys caught passes last night. It's impossible to ever get in a rhythm when you're doing that. Nice to have so many quality options, but eventually they need to lock in on 3-5 consistent targets.

While I agree in principal, it shows that Brennan was looking at colors and not numbers. You don't want him always locking onto just a couple of targets.

If every receiver believes the ball may be coming his way, then you get max effort.

One thing I was surprised by is how few RB passes there were. Emery had 3. That's it. Need improvement there.

Bama and Clemson lose tons of guys to the draft every year too but somehow they're able to compete for championships every season.

Bama's D was less than stellar last season despite having the most star studded defense and all world defensive genius Saban at the helm.

Guess why? Experience. A lot of their problems were also less noticeable due to an offense with Tua, Jeudy, Waddle, Ruggs and Najee.

Exactly, but most posters don't know that.

He had a generational talent at QB and played a very soft schedule and lost to the two teams that were any good. Bec they had a ton of departures and injuries. But bec ppl see 10-2 they think he did something. If tney have an LSU Auburn or A&M schedule there’s no doubt in my mind they lose at least one more game.

Nobody needed word from the film room to know about all of those mistakes

Really, smartass? You knew the receivers missed several coverages that would have resulted in big gains? Why don’t you tell us which receivers, which coverages and which plays?

Ah yes, the old “correctable mistakes” are back.

This is a personnel issue imo. Our defense looks slow, especially the corners. The oline has an ivy league transfer starting. I don’t see a game breaker at rb.

Your post is full of stupid. This is an inexperienced team. We had THREE returning starters from last season playing in that game, and one of them dropped two passes.

What’s wrong with an Ivy League transfer? Is that as bad as a Community College transfer? Because that’s what Ali Gaye is. Do you want to shite on him, too?

Also, no game breaker at RB? Did you think we had a game breaker at running back after the first game last year?

I thought this was retarded.

What are you basing that on? What if these guys were running the wrong routes causing the QB to hold the ball too long? In other words WTF do YOU know?

Logan missing looks like weed. Don’t believe they just found out late in week after expecting him to play. Probably partially why Ed brought Evans back to DLine after Shelvin opted out

For who? That was one of LSU's key downfalls against MSU. The already thin secondary had nobody left.
