Anything other than this is incorrect.

3, but mostly incomplete on his hires. He shows too much interest in getting "his coaches" installed and he will never be accused of getting the best deals on these contracts. Mulkey fell into his lap and firing Wade was a no-brainer decision. Still feel he sabotaged Orgeron a bit.

If Kelly does well he can be a 5. McMahon looks like a great hire but unfortunately will have one hand tied for the next few years.

I am suspicious when a new manager comes into a business then hires new staff or replaces systems for big $$$. Kickbacks is always a concern the University should be on the watch for.

3.

The Orgeron contract was insanely irresponsible. Brian Kelly is a dinosaur who I expect to be in BR 3-4 years and win 8-10 games a year. Not a long term solution.

JJ and MM are TBD but the former isn't looking so great.

I would rate him at least a 9 in football, 10 in WBB, and 8s in the rest of the department. It is too early to see the value of all the hires, like basketball which has just happened. I also believe that he and Tate have put L.SU in the best position for tge NCAA infractions and the Title IX problems. That has been a big part of all this plus

I think Kelly is probably the best football coach other than Saban, Dietzel and Biff Jones. I think everybody will be surprised at how how well prepared LSU will be this season. IMO a team will have to beat LSU on the basis of Merit, being a better team. This may be the best, most professional staff L.SU has ever had..

All this stuff has taken place in less than year. Give it a chance.

In short, Woodward could be called a Moses leading LSU to the promise land.

I’m not a creepy loser who’s obsessed with Will Wade, so about an 8 if we’re being conservative. Hiring BK alone is worthy of a 6, and his hires in the other 3 sports ranged from good to phenomenal on paper

I'd give Woodward an 8. Mulkey hire was a 10. Kelly a 9.5. Johnson a 6 and will be higher if he recruits well. Jay Clark looked like a 9 on paper but is performing as a 4 so far but they say he's a great recruiter so we'll see. Hudson, soccer, a 7. Rick Bishop, swimming and diving, an 8. Johnson, volleyball, on paper an 8. McMahon on paper a 7.

If he gets new facilities built, and most of those coaches project upward, he might be the GOAT LSU AD.

4 for hiring Mulkey. Otherwise, 2.

So, he gets a 4 out of 10 for hiring one of the greatest women's bball coaches of all time?

If anybody needed proof of why absolutely nothing this idiot says should be taken seriously, there it is.

If hiring Mulkey is a 4 I would love to see who a 9 would be.

Most probably have issue we are paying a coach so much in a non revenue generating sport. Kim was still a great hire and at least that sport is improving.

Time will tell.

One thing is for certain though, mf can’t negotiate a buyout to save his life.

Nailed the football hire and that is the only thing that matters.
