We have the dumbest fan base in CFB… I hope Daniels sits out for injury.. and you clowns will se Nuss against #1 UGA… hopefully he’ll get to throw some deep balls for you guys.

the defense allowing 300 yards rushing was more of a problem

[quote] Daniels had a solid season but didn’t carry us to any wins on his own. When he was asked to do that we lost.[/quote) During our toughest stretch of the season, these were his stat lines

Florida - 23/32 - 349 - 3 TD - 44 yards rushing and 3 TD

Ole Miss - 21-28 - 248 - 2 TD - 121 yards rushing and 3 TD

Alabama - 22/32 - 182 - 2 TD - 95 yards rushing and 1 TD

14 TD in 3 games with zero turnovers. Seems like he carried us a good bit through that stretch.

He’s a big part of the running game but to pretend he’s carried us with his arm is just false.
You're moving gold posts because your argument is dumb.

Sure, you're right. If you take away half of his production (his rushing numbers) he hasn't been great.

Please point to a game that we won solely because of Daniels. Most of the games we won in spite of Daniels. I think this goes 11-1 or 10-2 with average to slightly above average QB play

our QB isn’t being used the right way.

And whose fault is that? Denbrock? Kelly?

I don't necessarily disagree with you. Daniels a run-first QB. That's what he does. The problem is that, when he scrambles, he doesn't keep his eyes downfield to look for open receivers, ala Bryce Young. He also holds onto the ball for way too long. He seemed to get away from that for a while, but he's fallen back into his old habits since the Arkansas game.

Kelly knew exactly what he was getting when he went out and brought Daniels to LSU. So, he either felt that Daniels could function adequately within Denbrock's system, or he thought he could develop him into a better pocket passer. The latter hasn't happened and likely won't.

Super talented? Not so much at playing QB, but OK.

Run pass ratio in the games you mentioned.

Florida - 38 run, 32 pass
Ole Miss- 48 run, 28 pass
Bama- 34 run, 32 pass
Daniels averaged 18 rushing attempts per game during that stretch so like I said.

It’s both of them because they’re a hand in glove pair but to guess the motive would be speculation.

Soooooo Daniels, who is one of the most, if not the most efficient runners in CFB, ran the ball at an elite level but because he didn't "use his arm" enough, he gets penalized?

You don't like Jayden Daniels. This is well documented. You have a preconcievned notion of who he is as a player and you will not change that opinion no matter what he does. It's ok. It's stupid, but it's ok.

Pretty ironic since I stayed a fact and you’re pretending you can predict something that never happened.

Such a weak and dishonest post but that’s what people like you do. The players I compared him to either won or played for a national title but I think he sucks and hate him? You’re an idiot.

You’re implying we could have done better with another QB on the roster. Just say that. But you won’t say it because it sounds stupid.

So you’re going with “well I guess we’ll never know”

You're deflecting because your posts make no sense.

Jayden Daniels is an elite runner. Jayden Daniels is a below average to above average thrower of the football, depending on the game. Sure, he could keep his eyes down field more when scrambling or take more one on one chances, but he has certainly qualified as a "good" quarterback this year whether you like to admit that or not.

What I just said has NOTHING to do with whether or not he has carried us in certain games. If a guy scores 14 of your 15 touchdowns over the three hardest games of your schedule and you don't consider that "carrying", then nothing is carrying.

You’re not only using my exact argument then claiming you’re refuting it but you’re also adding things I never said. Like I said you’re dishonest.
