Pelini has been gone and the search started weeks ago. I would say the silence means the smoke of Mason is false and they are negotiating with someone currently on a staff and under contract.

Well I blew the call for Canada, liked it at the time. Mason seems legit enough then maybe not, but unlike others here, I realize my limitations.
