Wasn't it Nancy Pelosi who admitted they planted stories in the News Media (Yahoo) then referenced the story they planted to justify their actions. Maybe Dawkins team of attorneys are using the same tactic in order to try and weaken the effect of Wade's testimony.

He's likely not to testify at all. Just like the first trial that convicted the same defendant.
He got subpoena in next trial by same defense in their misguided effort to distract from actual illegal activity.
FBI criminal trial =/= NCAA anything.
Will Wade right now is being punished more severely by LSU Admin, due to media, than the actual criminals.

This statement tells me that Will Wade is confident he will be exonerated of any wrong doing once all the facts come to light. It also tells me these media reports were taken out of context. The wire tap conversations are incomplete and vague. People just assume he was referring to money. When Wade is exonerated of any wrong doing all these media and any fans who have jumped on the ban Wade wagon can suck it. Apology's will not be accepted!!!

They asked for the meeting for optics.
Wade shows with lawyer. Says nothing but wait for the facts.
