Sorry for your loss. Some of my best family memories are of games watched with my Dad (passed 3 years ago) and taking my two sons to games. We were all four at the 2011 SEC championship game when the HoneyBadger went off.

My 5th Anniversary. Got married on 6/8/91 when we got our first natty. I’ve been able to attend the last three championships, took my two sons to the 2009 natty, my college roommate (Gator fan) in 2023, and went solo last year. Still married and still enjoy watchin LSU baseball in June!

That while Wade’s NC State team faded a bit down the stretch, they only lost by two on a last second shot to Texas. That Texas team knocked off BYU and Zaga and went on to the Sweet 16 and lost on a last second tip-in by Purdue. No real shame there. #bootup!

Yeah. That was the worst one sport single day for sure.

Then surely a new (or return) era will begin for LSU men’s basketball.

So much negativity about the basketball team and maybe rightfully so, but not tonight. Geaux Tigers!
