Innocent from what? He can't deny that it's him on the tapes.

what, in your opinion, would need to happen for Wade to return to the bench this season?

The invention of a time machine that could go back to the time of the phone call

He's asking for all the facts to come out before you pass judgment. Sounds like he's got another side to the story, no?

Absolutely

A hell of a lot of misplaced anger

He's not going to throw the admin under the bus, but that is a bunch of BS.

They didn't do shite to Wade when the first tapes came out, but now he needs to be suspended?

Once again, the suspension makes zero sense in the any context. It doesn't protect you from scrutiny from the NCAA, nor does it give you any integrity brownie points.

I was hoping he would directly say he’s not guilty of any recruiting violation. If all they have are those words I think he could skate. But he would also know that & I think it would have reflected in those statements.

Sounds like a desperation deflection to me but that’s just my opinion. I hope you’re right & there’s stuff that will clear this

And they will either sit on their hands or not have the power to do anything about it.

The problems go beyond Wade. LSU has been a laughingstock and PR disaster for years. Just today there are 3 negative LSU reports in the media. The university is a reflection of its leadership and that leadership is incompetent. Sadly Alexander and Alleva seem positioned to withstand it all.

If LSU's angle is Will Wade lied to them it certainly helps.

First conversation released was a shite load more vague and ambiguous and also involved a player that LSu didn't sign. Yesterday's release was a nuclear bomb in comparison.

When I first read that, I wasn't sure if it was a subtle jab or just playing nice with the admin.

LSU's stance appears to be that he did lie. Why hasn't he been fired?
