The stupidity of people wanting Wade know nothing about the game. He was a terrible floor coach. Sure he could recruit. But he was, and LSU was absolutely atrocious on the defensive end. Look at what a well coached team like Michigan State did to us. That was never going to change. Wade had 1st round nba talent and never won anything of significance.

It wasn't "rumors" about Will Wade. He was a dirty, sloppy, stupid cheat. That's not a rumor.
Crazy how LSU fans worship a sleaze who "could have been" but never really was. He had some success, but it wasn't like he was in Final Fours, like Dale Brown was.
LSU basketball fans, both of them, would get on their knees to worship a statue of Charles Manson if he won a few games.

It comes from the continuing efforts to Jack up 3 pointers, the lack of movement without the ball, and that terrible overly complicated defensive system he tried to use.

He won the SEC Title. His team made it to the Sweet 16. If not for being horribly intersected I think the 2021 team would have made the Sweet 16. Will Wade had LSU in the NCAA tournament every season and had one of the nation’s top recruiting classes coming in when Scotty showed everyone who is boss.

Short Memory. Look up Dale's record his first four years at LSU.
You are either too young to know, or you're getting senile.
If Dale Brown was in his fourth year at LSU and Scott Woodward were AD, Dale would ave been fired. No Final Fours, and we would be at the bottom of the SEC just like presently.

The real karma will be if Wade gets hired by Ole Miss and comes into our home floor and embarrasses us by 20 pt wins every year. There will be potentially LSU fans rooting for him on our home floor over a pathetic CMM bottom tier team. That will hurt.

Wades teams were horrible on the defensive end. Simple concepts like help defense were nowhere to be found. We lacked in fundamentals. It was glaring. Our inbounds set were atrocious. Our lack of coaching at the end games was glaring. 1-4 sets and take a terrible shot. That’s lack of coaching. If y’all think getting to the sweet 16 is special, think again. 1 sec title ain’t anything to brag about either. Trent Johnson took us to the sweet 16. Brady led us to a final 4. Wade wasn’t anything special. And he completely screwed our program. And lied to the fans and the admins. I hope ole miss hires him.
