The ramps and exterior walk way have to go. They are pointless. Just put stairs up. Will The coaches need offices in the practice facility and basketball needs its own weight room connected to the practice facility.

It does feel good to hear Wade talking about these things like he wants to be here for the long haul.

I've been told basketball will have its own weight room in the next year or two.

Time for a new arena. Please, however, not a small one like Auburn and Ole Miss (been to both). We can get 8K now in the PMAC for a run-of-the-mill game. If WW builds a winner like I think he will, we should build at least 13K like we have now if not 14 or 15K.

Implode the PMAC.

Build a new arena out by football ops.

Expand Mike’s habitat to about three times its current size.

most likely they will put some lipstick on the pig.

It's more of a wild boar. The structure is stout as hell so I just don't see them abandoning it like the cow palace. That structure is sketchy and the only recent ideas I've seen thrown out are to build a completely separate structure within the existing.

OR talking like he’s sending a veiled message to Alleva to shite or get off the pot.

Either you keep your promises or I walk.

There's more to it than just the structure thought, the layout is a Trainwreck as far as modern arenas go, and there isn't much you can do about it without ripping virtually all the guts out and starting from scratch, and at that point you may as well build a new one that looks nice on the outside too

there's a lot to do to fix the gameday atmosphere in the PMAC.

The atmosphere was fine in the 80's when the team was good. The place was rocking and it wasn't hard to fill it up. I still don't understand what is wrong with the PMAC. There is not a bad seat in the house. The only problem is the fans. I assume that can be corrected by winning.

A new arena won't fix the lousy concessions and the low attendance. And if you need a "DJ" to help with the atmosphere, then you have bigger problems to worry about. The main problem is students apparently would rather sit home alone with their phone than go to the games.

Students never had courtside seats until they were moved to the baseline.

just saying, it's not only men's basketball that uses the PMAC... this project has to also consider the other athletic teams that use the PMAC for practices and games... women's basketball, gymnastics, and volleyball; as John Wooden said, "Failure to plan is planning for failure."

Just win a lot of games, and the PMAC will magically be transformed into a loud, energetic arena.

It's not the arena, folks. It's the product.

Tear it down and build a new one. If we do it halfassed we will end up spending twice as much in the long run. I would like to see the suites but I don't like the idea of reducing capacity. When I was a student the building used to hold 15,000+ and we used to pack it with raucous crowds every game. That is the way I want to see it again. Build a new 17,000 seat arena with all the bells and whistles. The PMAC has served its purpose. It was state of the art in the 1970's. It is time for a new PMAC.

Build a new BB arena & keep PMAC for Gymnastics, Office Space, Events, etc.

I wouldn't go bigger than 10k

Cameron Indoor Arena was built in 1935. Phog Allen Fieldhouse was built in 1955. Rupp opened in 1976.

It ain't the arena, folks.
