Yeah everyone keeps talking about the money but no one knows how much it cost to put on this type of production.

If not for Kendall you could have watched a better broadcast for free
Where?
Bottom line, if you can't provide quality broadcasts, go broadcast shite teams. We don't need Kendall to broadcast LSU. Kendall needs LSU to get anyone to watch.

Why would this broadcast not be available on ESPN? They show LSU vs Southern, lol
Bc it’s not in their contract to do so. ESPN doesn’t give a shite about college baseball. The only reason they show college baseball is because they have a contract with the NCAA to show everything. These tournaments are ran by Peak Events, not the ncaa

I want to support someone small who actually cares about college baseball to come in and compete with espn. I can tolerate a poor production for a weekend if it does that. It wasn't all that long ago that barely any games were televised at all. I was, however, extremely frustrated yesterday when I missed the first 3 innings because his website kept crashing while I was trying to subscribe and login. I can tolerate a low budget production but i dont want to miss innings for the price he charged. Today was 1000x better than yesterday though so give him some credit

LSU has one next year I think

That said this feels like it's kinda out of their wheelhouse. Maybe take a step back and get it right for a season or two before you try and pull in the big boys.
Yeah this is pretty much the point I was trying to make. Kendall is trying to promote his business but his business is not fit to handle a stream with the demand of an LSU baseball game.
No other fanbase is like us.

Correct. Why I said go broadcast shite teams until your quality of production is above shite level

Because it wouldn't be blocked from ESPN+ if it wasn't this event. This event doesn't benefit LSU. LSU benefits this event.

That’s not D1’s fault. Blame LSU for being in these tournaments then

Why? Because it’s an inconvenience for a few fans? The positives of playing in these tournaments vastly outweigh a few fans bitching about the internet stream.

Why?
Bc he’s mad that he can’t watch it for free which he wouldn’t be doing anyway bc you still have to pay for ESPN+ but that’s not D1’s fault that LSU is in this tourney. They are merely offering something up that wouldn’t otherwise be available. Blame LSU for not being broadcast by ESPN+

If it weren’t for D1 there would be no video stream. No one is forcing anyone to spend their money on the D1 stream.
It sucks that it didn’t work. I attended both games but I would be all kinds of pissed if I paid for the D1 stream. But at the same time, if it weren’t for D1 we’d be watching someone FaceTiming on their phone

Where?
If it wasn't stolen by D1 baseball and Kendall, it would have been streamed for free on the ESPN app...like every other fricking game of the season

How? It wouldn’t have been broadcast.
I assure you had D1 baseball not muscled their way into streaming this event, ESPN would have picked it up. If they can stream from fricking Hammond on a Tuesday night with better production quality than D1, this weekend would have been no issue and a no brainer for them
Posted on 3/1/25 at 9:48 pm to lsutiger2
Without criticism there is no improvement. You think it’s good as is?!?

False.

That’s a bad example. But also, espn only does those because of existing contracts. If they weren’t contractually obligated to, they wouldn’t.

He set out the tournament, had exclusive broadcast rights and year after year can’t put out a stream that works.
While charging 35 dollars.
