Wife (no pics) found the most random 2003 NC painting (pics) at Goodwill yesterday

Anyone know more about the artist or anything?
The artist is Douglas Hess and its signed 365/2995.
Anyway, I thought it was pretty cool so I hung it in my office but would love to know more of the backstory of this.

its LITERALLY the first thing i noticed on it as well but thought it was cool from a collectable standpoint. i didnt think toonces was the official LSU logo in 2003 so it makes me wonder when this was created.

Should be updated with Championship trophies on fire place mantle and a Joe Burrow pic hanging. After all it is titled "Championship Dreams"
