Clearly no “c” or “k”

Why is there an “f” sound in enough? Clearly no “f” or “ph”.
Why is Coach K’s last name pronounced starting off with a “sh”?
Why is the g silent in lasagna?
Almost like languages have weird rules.

Transliterations are 100%
I imagine Something is lost between Arabic and English alphabets.
There are a lot of words I feel we could do better

My only real problem with Chris Jackson changing his name was that his production dropped afterwards.
He'll always be the Chris Jackson that dropped 53 at Florida when I lived there. In his 5th collegiate game.

Same reason there is no "I" in team...but there sure is an "M" and an "E" in that motherfricker.

It amazes me that some people think foreign words should be pronounced like they were English words.

As they say if you're not spraying, you're not saying.

It shouldn’t be pronounced that way. Whoever says it that way is wrong...even if it’s their own name. They wrong.

True! It's almost as insulting as the shite heads outside Louisiana that attempt to correct my pronunciation of Pralines(Prah-Leans) to (Pray-leans)!

Why isn’t there an “x” sound in Geaux?

You should sue whatever educational system failed you.

More of a phlegm sound like you’re hacking something up

because you're a racist

what does it profit a man if he gains a silly name but loses his own soul

Imagine being an LSU fan and not understanding that certain words may be pronounced differently than they are spelled

Because that is the lazy pronunciation of the constricted h sound often used in Arabic, particularly when followed by another consonant sound. It's the rasping hocking a lougee sound that people talk about. Just dont end it with the k sound and go right into the m and you're pronouncing it right. At least I think that is it.
