Because more people have bet that Baylor wins than LSU up to this point.

As stated, what little money is being bet on the game is going toward Baylor. Bookies are trying to drive more money toward LSU. The objective is to get it as close to 50/50 !

You are missing a starting saftey and corner and 2 offensive lineman and I'm sure there are more.
We are who we are!
I don't know if Baylor is missing anyone, but Vegas rarely misses by much.

Why? To even out the bets.

Vegas knows how to make money; they love to make bettors overthink.

You have to be an idiot to not understand this. We have opt outs they don’t. They are on a win streak and motivated. And we are inconsistent with a healthy O line which we won’t have.

Apparently it’s been long enough removed from the regular season for some of you to forget that LSU is not a very good team this season.

and two starting receivers, and a starting TE. Everyone is just guessing at this point what kind of offense, if any, LSU will have in the game.

Some notes/thoughts on the game:
-Baylor is on a 6 game win streak, but of those 6: Texas Tech was just beat pretty handily by Arkansas, OK St was 0-9 in the Big 12, TCU by 3 was a decent, but not great win, WV, Kansas and Houston all have losing records.

-Missing our OL starters, but Chester, Mubenga and Frazier all have experience. The staff is high on Adams and he's healthy now.

-With Williams and Durham playing I suspect the staff has been focusing on trying to get a run game going with questions about OL and pass protection.

-Missing CJ, Lacy and Taylor. Hilton looks to be getting back on track and Green playing traditional TE. Anderson and Zavion will be busy.

-Baylor is ranked in the 80's for run and pass D.

-Baylor QB is solid and they have 2 very good RBs. Getting most of the D back for the game is huge. Looking forward to seeing how Toviano does at safety and maybe Keys at Star.

Prediction: Defense keeps Baylor under 30. Offense moves the ball, but has to settle for some FGs. LSU wins 30-27.

And two starting WR's (lacy, daniels) and two TE's (Taylor, Pimpton). I can see how we are not the favorites.

I'm not so bummed I didn't pay for an extension on sling, can't justify 40 dollars to watch this. Just gonna have to catch the highlights and hope we make some big plays.

We have too many opt-outs and are thin at many positions.
