Why is it that LSU fans live up to the stereotype?

All SEC fan bases accuse LSU fans of whining nonstop about officiating and non calls in every game. I hate to say it, but they are right on the mark.
How about we all take a break from this crap. Calls go both ways like the ebb and flow of the tides.

I think a HUGE majority of our fan base don't understand what constitutes holding. It's insane the amount of people at games that start freaking out everytime they see an OLineman that has a firm grasp between the shoulders.
I also love the fans that can't curb their pisstation after a replay shows there clearly was no penalty

It's just frustrating because literally all questionable calls go against us. And of course to win November 4th we'll have to beat Alabama and the refs.

Thank you. The amount of crying about refs is beyond ridiculous. Bad call are part of the game and will always be part of the game.

it's called Confirmation Bias and it happens in ALL fan-bases, families, political affiliations, etc.
I am often around fans of different teams. They ALL (each base...not every person) scream "That's HOLDING!" or "That was NOT pass interference!" and it is always in favor of their own side. They are not trying to "cheat". They really BELIEVE it. Confirmation Bias
