Why is everyone blaming Paul?

Baseball managers have almost zero impact on the game. The players aren’t getting it done and it’s obvious. Everybody always blames the coaches at LSU, it’s nauseating listening to it. The players play the game. Everybody needs to quit with the bitching.

Why do we hire coaches then? Why not let the players show up to each game and Rock Paper Scissors the lineup and position assignments? If coaches do nothing LSU could save a lot of cash.

Why are people blaming the head man in charge for failures? Gee I don’t know... people and their lack of accountability in society are sick. Nobody wants to accept the responsibility.

He brought in an elite recruiting class and that’s what he is hired to do. The players aren’t living up to their ratings and that’s not his fault. He can’t make them hit the ball.

You are partially correct, but remember the players were selected by the coach and he is paid millions of dollars to select them and coach them up and win.

People need a scapegoat for their disappointment.

They are paying him to recruit. Almost anyone can manage a fricking baseball game with good players. It’s literally one of the easiest jobs in all of sports.

Mainieri’s admitted he doesn’t recruit. He leaves that to Nolan Cain.
