Why don’t we ever play military schools in football?

Why the hell do we play teams like S. Alabama and Troy and pump money into that state instead of playing a military school. I personally would love to do a home and home with Air Force and take a trip to Colorado Springs.

One of my favorite things in LSU athletics is when PM brings a military team to the box and LSU honors them.

Money and playing a P5 school. Why do they play Notre Dame every year?

I don’t think the coaches are big on having to prepare for the option in 5 days.

I understand that angle but we know the OOC schedule at least a year in advance.

I hate academy graduates

I wouldn't mind seeing LSU blow them out

Looks like we have never played against Navy or Air Force.

Last time LSU played against Army was in 1931.

We have a better chance of shutting down the option than beating Troy with O at the helm.

Your post was freaking spot on...In my career, there were very few “Academy” officers that were tolerable. That’s a bitter pill for most civilians to swallow but it’s the truth.

If anyone schedules an away game at Col Springs I hope they get fired.
