Why make it public knowledge and now you bring in the coordinators. Can O not handle this situation

Why is the AD part of a meeting to get the coaches on the same page?

WTF is going on around here?

your thread title is confusing me, but O has had a LOT of meetings this week

my favorite tweet about it:

quote:

"It was a very positive meeting," O says again. "The reason Joe wanted to do it, I wanted to do it, is we're not playing well." #LSU

Yes, cause Aranda woke up one day and forgot how to run a competent defense.

Hell, CEO already admitted to screwing with Canada's offense.

How can you do your job when you have your boss standing over you, making the incorrect adjustments.

Still unsure of what's going on here. OP's title is a disaster.

So, Orgeron and Alleva arranged a meeting with the coordinators to discuss the team's performance?

My theory: Canada's offense COULD work, but from what we're hearing, O isn't holding players accountable for film time and we are woefully behind on learning this offense, hence the dumbed down version that isn't netting any results.

O barely knows which one is the center.

I never thought in a 100 years that I would come to say this, but this is a BIGGER CLUSTERFRICK Than when Hallman or Archer were here. This is really some sad times for my Alma Mater and the football team in particular.

If he wasn't, I'd wonder what the heck is going on. When you're running a multi-million dollar business, you should communicate regularly with all relevant stakeholders. Everybody should always be on the same page.

I feel like this may be a big part of our issue. I do believe we have excellent football minds but may have lackluster executive leadership and process. This always trickles down.

You see it on the opposite side as well. Many teams with lackluster talent, over-achieve due to top notch leadership and process.

Easy to prognosticate when looking from the outside...

That almost comes across as the assistants not respecting the HC's authority.

O needed to review the binder to see what to do after losing to Troy. All part of the master plan...

All I know is when the "Wing Commander" wants to meet with the "Squadron Commander" and his/her subordinates then something is not right in the Wing.... we are "Not Mission Capable"...in other words if we don't get our crap together, all of us are going down..."have a nice day Colonel"....

It's almost as if both of the assistants are more accomplished than Orgeron is.
