How exactly would demanding elite qb play work? Are we supposed to protest in the streets?

Wait all we have to do is “demand” it to make it happen??

Well I’ll be damned!

forget all of that. all we need is a game manager.

It's comical really. 75% of our fan base is incapable of looking at this team objectively. Everything is through purple colored glasses. Then they label those of us who do as "nega-tigers" or not "real" LSU fans.

Bull shite. I just have eyes.

In recent years How many elite qb’s have won national championships. Tua didn’t play until that big game but other than that it hasn’t been unless you want to call d Watson elite at Clemson

Really? Watson was absolutely elite. Winston was elite, Jalen Hurts was considered elite. Need I go on?

The ONLY team that has won a national title without elite QB play in recent years has been Bama with McCarron, but he had Lane Kiffin so that made up for it.

So that's all it takes?

"I demand LSU win the natty every year!"

So when do I order my NCG tickets?

"I demand 1999 gets me a beer too! Make it a Great Raft Reasonably Corrupt."

I'll wait.

Watson and Winston aren't elite compared to Justin McMillian

I am not afraid to. It comes down to finding and developing one. When did this last happen at LSU?

Pretty elite college QBs have won

Don’t care what they do in the pro game

And it took an elite QB to beat UGA

How would you not call Watson elite? He’s incredible. We’d probsbky have won a title with him and the right coach.

How does That not count? Hurts was over 60 percent on the season I think btw.

I mean even if not winning it all look at all the quarterbacks that at least made the dance

Hurts
Watson
Mariota
Winston
Mayfield
Ohio St had three excellent QBs that one season, JT Barrett lead them post season
Tebow won two although one as a role player
Newton

Those are the elite guys I can think of who at least got to playoffs

Even Auburn’s Marshall was a playmaker

Georgia has so many 5 star QBs they have transfer out

Alabama can get away with not having an elite QB because they are that loaded, but now they appear to be getting stacked here as well. Who knows.

Random info

I went to look up LScott Jr’s Spring stats just for the heck of it and he was like 1 for 11 and 2 INTs (don’t quote me on the attempts number though)

I’m sure he will be alright, but that was surprising

So if I “demand” an elite QB, do you have the ability to pull one out of your arse?
