2004 Texas A&M advances out of Rice's regional.
2005 Tulane wins Tulane's regional.
2008 UC-Irvine advances out of Nebraska's regional.
2009 Rice wins Rice's regional.
2012 Stony Brook advances out of Miami's regional.
2013 Oklahoma advances out of Virginia Tech's regional.
2014 Texas advances out of Rice's regional.
2015 ULL advances out of Houston's regional.
2016 Coastal Carolina advances out of NC State's regional.
2017 Mississippi State advances out of Southern Miss' regional.
2019 Florida State advances out of Georgia's regional.
10 out of the last 12 times and the last 6 times LSU's hosted a regional a team other than the host has advanced to the super regionals. RIP Kentucky.

Last year Ole Miss advanced out of Miami's regional so we would've hosted a super regional as a 2 seed had we managed to win in Hattiesburg

I’m with you. WV is balanced offensively and loves to run once they get on. I’d imagine Milazzo will get a lot of time if we play them or Kentucky.
