I was all on board for Fisher in 2015-16, that ship sailed long ago, time to let it go and quit these stupid threads because someone just discovered he has no buy out if he leaves and Woodward hires him

He did? I can't remember that far back.

In his last three years he was 14-10 in the ACC. In his last season he was 3-5.

It's not his fault though. His Florida State team just didn't have the talent to be able to keep up with juggernauts like
Duke
Wake Forest
Virginia
North Carolina State
Boston College
Georgia Tech
Pittsburgh
North Carolina
Louisville
Syracuse

shite LSU would be run out of the stadium against those teams. Jimbo is GREAT.

he won in a weak ACC and left Fla St in the trash heap. He has yet to prove anything in the SEC and won't. He is way overpaid and no where near worth is salary. So no, don't want. Would take Fleck or Brady, or better yet, just keep Coach O.

A&M Boosters will build a statue in honor of Woody if he recruits Jimbo to LSU.

You haven't seen it since the 36-16 LSU-UGA game. Last offseason when the haters were throwing it all on the line to belittle the LSU HC, one of the things that was brought up quite often was Kirby Smart and his tenure at Georgia. Guess what he did in his 2nd season?

Not a peep out of the haters about Kirby since that fateful day on October 13, 2018. Their hearts were crushed and now it's like Kirby never existed around here. He went from the greatest thing since NS to being unmentionable.

GOOD TIMES MAN!!!

ahhhhhhh so that means he sucked at cincy? auburn? LSU? and FSU? GTFO idiot

Before you jump, fat, we agree that urban is the first phone call.

But regarding the quote above, you do realize that Jimbo was not the head coach at Cincy, and auburn? That is the difference.

All you have to do is read this board. Many posters have said if a coach doesn’t win in his 2nd year he won’t and date it back to 15 or so years ago.

The vast majority of it is clearly insecure O pumpers. He will always be some what linked to LSU and that coaching search and that Scott Woodward hired him at A&M. Because if that we will have to face him ever year which will only make it worse.

GTFO with this bullshite. O is fixing to lead the Bayou Bengals to our 1st playoff era NC and 3rd overall college football title of this young century. By the time we go jubilantly pouring out into the quarter in the late night and early morning of a crisp early January in New Orleans, LA for the 3rd time in the 21st century, Ed Orgeron will have cemented his eternal status as legend in the storied and rich history of Louisiana folklore. It is written in the stars. Other than one slight hiccup in 2011/12, and the rotation being skewed when the title game failed to land in Nola at the conclusion of the 2015 season, LSU has both reached, and walked away with victory every four years while just so coinciding with the national championship game being played in the Mercedes Benz Louisiana Superdome. Well, in 2019, the magical rotation has been restored. And Coach O and the Fightin' Tigers of Louisiana State University will be restoring the order of college football hierarchy come January 13, 2020.

Having said all that, I find some solace in knowing that Woodward has a masterful backup plan in place. By allowing Jimbo to walk away so easily by signing him to that contract and giving him the out, while knowing all along he would be going back to LSU, he can just bring Fisher back home with him if that time ever comes. 8D chess.

Win or win the conference because that’s 2 different things but if it so common you should have no problem supplying links.

taking comments from one particular poster and treating that as some kind of overall consensus

Of course and he should. I wasn’t thrilled with the hire and have been critical of many things he’s done of late I think he’s been doing better. We will see on the field this season, there should be no excuse barring serious injuries for anything less than 10-2. Beyond this year is when we will really find out, my concern about O has always been his ceiling, what is it? Can he win an SEC title and make the playoffs? Or does he top out at top 10 and an access bowl? We will find out.

Not sure everything that was said but here is a 12 page thread sucking off Kirby in order to bash Eaux.

It is only fitting the very first EVER TD Hall of Fame inductee got the last word in, in this pitiful thread.

RIP BEN!!!

This is a GREAT "laugh at the haters" thread right here. And people ask why I am hated on this board - Just read some of the idiocy in that thread. Ha ha ha ha Ha!!!!!!

He’s been at A&M for one season and he beat us lol so let’s not dog him too bad. Now I’m not saying I would want him as coach over O right now but let’s not act like he’s terrible. The Aggies beat us last year, not the officials.
