folks, leadership 101 is the guy in charge is responsible. He makes the hires, he is the one who has failed to develop players beyond their HS skills. He is incompetent. He cannot coach here. There has been no improvement in 3 freakin' years. He has turned us into OK state.

I hope this is sarcastic. RP would have been a senior last year, so if anything, we should be better off at QB now than had RP not gotten into trouble.

The correct answer is Les fricking Miles.

In the end, the blame falls squarely (and equally) on the head coach and the offensive coordinator. There is absolutely no excuse for a top tier program with elite talent at every other skill position to fail for 3 years to produce even an average passing game. Many schools are doing much more with less.

Does Perrilloux have any years of eligibility left, may be time to let bygones be bygones

Ding, ding, ding, we have a winner!! The only thing is we have a lot more talent than Ok State.

Jacksonville State is way better now that he is gone, what does that say?

Les, for the perrilloux situation.

Seriously.

Had Perrilloux stayed, 08 we likely win the games we did, + Arky (meltdown late), Bama (OT), and maybe one of Ole Miss/Georgia. Fla still beats us, but we're looking at 10-11 wins.
09, Lee likely is ready, and looks like he does this year. So figure what we won, + Penn St and maybe one of Bama/Ole Miss. That's 10-11 wins.
This year, we may still lose to Auburn but the rest we win easier, so 7-1 with a more positive feel overall but lots of wailing after we lost this week. Better offense, more hope for next yr.

Les to blame cuz he took a chance on a kid who blew it, and because he sent him packing. We knew that was a tough dismissal at the time. Been nice to get a better QB in the meantime, but last yr/this yr the actual records would be close.

If you coldly look at the record, and take away style points, since 08 the coaching staff has been able to actually get pretty much all they could out of the team- honestly we have serious flaws at QB, and yet the coaches have been able to hide that position enough to manage a 16-5 record.

This is clearly a coaching problem. Everything points to coaching. Penalties, fundamentals, play calling, CLOCK MANAGEMENT, etc....

RP would have been a senior in 09. Lee or JJ wouldn't have seen the field until this season.
