Kelly doesn’t like playing freshmen,

That’s just fricking ridiculous. Most of this year’s freshmen are at least playing special teams. We had 2 OL starters last season and 2 who have played in the rotation this year. We started a freshman TE last year and have played 2 regularly this year. We’ve played a freshman RB this season in a backfield loaded with experience. How do you explain this?

I agree that House has been less willing to play freshmen. It’s been more out of necessity on that side of the ball. Weeks and Womack not getting more time is crazy. But his lack of flexibility and willingness to adjust to what he has is partly why he’s about to be fired.

Thanks for making my point, friend. Maybe I should just quit responding to stupidity. No?

says a guy trying to argue JD5 had great intermediate pass%, YPA and sack rate last year and that he processed reads fast and was great downfield throwing look nobody is saying he has not been great this year, but arguing THOSE FACTS about last year is for a loser who does not know shite about football.

We all know you miserable motherfrickers would have preferred it if Daniels had failed this season. You’ve made your feeling known on many occasions and it’s pathetic. Since he didn’t, all you have is retroactive shite to try and throw at him.

In truth, Daniels never sucked as a QB like you say and try to push with a few hand-picked stats. Sure he’s improved a lot, especially throwing downfield, but the binary nature of your arguments are just ridiculous and the product of either stupidity or an agenda. We all know it’s the later, for some crazy reason.

He’s always been a good starting QB. Now he’s one of the top QBs in college football and that must be very hard for you.

they have no interest in facts when you peel back that onion and do a breakdown like we did of all the factors laid out from last year. it is no different than when arguing with the miles pumpers years back. they spew an overall stat without a breakdown or a result when they knew nothing about actual performance or what their eyes were seeing.

The Defense has to be better? Right? The offense will take a step back. Overall, probably another 3-4 loss season.
we’ve got a very tough schedule next year- only 3-4 losses is probably optimistic.

Tjis appears to be the caze. Maybe unless one is an unabashed apologist for whatever crap the staff is doing, one is not a true fan. Jury is still out on Kelly, but he better start working on the defense. This is embarrassing...for him.

Translation- the opinion I was so personally invested in being correct turned out to be total bullshite, so I have to do all I can to focus on the past and make it look like I was at least right last year.

LSU has to refocus on the defensive side of the ball. Next year's offense will score points, but will not be as prolific as this year.

However, a real solid defense can really help next years offense.

Speaking of FACTORS

Nabers sat in the corner of LSU's indoor facility last week, looked out on the practice field and reminisced. Because Daniels joined the team so late last year -- the day before spring practice -- and he wasn't named the starting quarterback until September, Nabers said they didn't have the time they needed to get on the same page. But this offseason was different.

They spent so many early mornings out here, Nabers said, running through the entire route tree. Countless reps. Countless conversations. Daniels and his receivers learned about one another over the course of months -- on the field and off it. And the result was a combination of chemistry and trust that's paying off today.
