Skip the Wildcat. Unless there's a credible threat to throw, it's just telegraphing a run.

They were never going to play Narcisse in special packages. They only worked these packages to see if he would be effective here since be could not play the qb position. Working LN on special packages is a waste of precious time. This is a big reason why Les Miles will be watching at home now.

Stevens will execute the exact same wildcat run up the middle in each and every game up until Bama. Then when he enters the game against Bama, they respond with 15 men in the box (no flag is thrown), and Stevens lets loose with a 60 yard bomb to Marshall for a TD.

They only dangled that idea in front of him to string him along. There's no wildcat package.
