If the Spring performance is anything to base off of, Lacy.
This year's WR group is very deep with the addition of Anderson, Brown, Sampson, and Parker, while returning 3 solid receivers from last year in Nabers, Thomas, Lacy. Hilton has shown flashes too when healthy.
Edit: Shame on me, forgot about Jenkins. So not 3 out of the Top 4 WRs from last year.

Not exactly a WR but expect Pimpton to have a helluva breakout season. Dude will be amazing in the red zone.

Brian Thomas is the most underrated player on the roster. He's Jarvis Landry with size.
