Will emerge as WR1? Obviously Green had his catches, but he's a TE. I'm hoping to see the long ball next week.

Right now, Watkins (110) and Wright (70) are the top two guys. Neither strikes me as the classic LSU "Oh, shite, cover that guy!" type dudes.

Watkins is nasty out of the slot

He’s not a traditional TE. He’ll be used more as a WR.

I don’t think those will be the top two guys.

I keep hearing that and assumed the same, but he played a lot of inline or offset against Clemson.

Watkins was easily the most reliable guy. The kid from Florida needs to become reliable because he’s got the tools to be the other guy

Not anymore, he’s a legit TE now. Was pancaking DEnds and was our primary inline TE all night.

Not sure if we NEED one. Lanes offense from what I seems to be a keep the ball moving in all directions, 6 yd pass here, 7 run. 7 yd scramble, curl that goes for 17, run for 8, slant for 12 all at blistering, never let you mentally recover tempo. It feels more death by a thousand cuts than we need a guy to burn the CB and get behind you for a 65 yd TD type offense

Wide receiver 1 for which routes in the way I see it.
Depends on the gameplan and game.
Spread the ball everywhere.
A veteran college qb should be like a point guard with this talent

Watkins & Wilson are your top 2

Jackson Harris isn’t getting separation.

I thought the kid from Fort Walton Beach was good?

Just a bunch of fast, super speedy short guys, and then some less polished taller wide outs. Oh, we'll. Hopefully we see an improvement.

I'm concerned about the WR room and also RB depth. No one behind dilin Jones seems to be anywhere near his level. They go down immediately upon contact, lack vision, and seem to run right into the back of their O lineman repeatedly.
We'll see, I suppose.

Yeah, I’d agree. I think we’ve got a couple guys who can fill the WR2 role, but not a true WR1. And unless Berry, Gage, Durham prove otherwise, Dilin Jones is the only Kiffin RB1 we have.

And that's exactly what I'm talking about. We've always had "LSU type WR's." No one has had that hype. Time will tell. Someone will eventually carry that title.

Whoever has the best practice each week.
