Carreer receptions don’t determine one’s speed.

I was gonna say Justin Jefferson based off the 94 yard TD in spring game it after a research, he was about to get run down be a few players until he changed angles.

ETA: Justin Jefferson 94 yard TD Spring Game

maybe Jaray jenkens in addition to Dillon? Didn't hear much about him during recruiting but thought he was supposed to be fast. Giles doesn't look like a burner to me. Haven't seen it yet anyway.

You would think Giles is fast just because of his body type but I simply haven't seen it from him. It's like hes stuck at 80%.

I know Derrick was a sub 4.4 guy in HS and he looked all of it on that TD run. But what we really haven't seen is how shifty he is in the open field. I watched that kid play at least 25 HS football games and they couldn't tackle him in a phone booth. And he gets up to speed on just a couple steps. He's a threat every time he touches it, especially if he catches it on the run.

Id go with Dillon. Even before the td at auburn. Kid is from little school next to Franklinton. If he had elite hands that guy would be an obj type wr for us. Good to see him finally have a moment like that. Never know what some confidence will do, he has the wheels.

When he committed this board went nuts, two full seasons and 6 catches later this board is still gushing.

Dee Anderson only had 7 catches those same two seasons. The board isn't gushing. Davis is 6'3 220 with legit 4.4 speed. Athletic freaks like him don't grow on trees. There was a reason to be hopeful.

It's not like Derrick Dillon, Dee Anderson, or Sullivan had been much more productive their first two years, but they seem to be coming along in their 3rd year. Most players need time to develop.

They're all fast. Some dudes are just different with pads on and some one chasing them

Agreed. He reminds me of Devery Henderson, whom I met yesterday, BTW.

This has been another trouble issue with fhis team in the past. Way too many suspensions for our true “burners.”

Can't agree. If he would have diversified his pussy options, drake would have been alright. Youngsters think it belongs to them. No reason to have exclusive trim as an Lsu athlete. Especially one from out of town.
