No. He signed with Miami.
Brandon McCarthy, Jeremy Hellickson, Trevor Storey, Bobby Bradley, Joey Gallo are among the guys currently in the Majors (or in Bradley's case, a big time prospect) that signed with LSU but went pro.
Also Zach Lee of course, Riley Pint, one of the Ceccini brothers, Zack von Rosenburg, Austin Nagle, and a few others I can't think of right now.

Bonds went to JC in Redwood City CA then went to Arizona State. He never signed with LSU.
Steve Karsay was another who bypassed LSU for MLB.

I thought James Shields did?
A few years ago I was trying to put together what our rotation would have been had we both gone in 03/04 and that team def wins a national championship or two.
