Realistic - Hugh Freeze (used to be Fickell, but I didn't know that Freeze's "discretions" were not something that would look bad for a program dealing with title IX stuff. He checks all the boxes and is only 52 (that means an easy 10 years as HC).
Unrealistic - Chris Peterson (checks all the boxes and doesn't have any personal problems that even the moral police would go after. I've liked him ever since the Kellen Moore days at Boise St. At 56 he could realistically coach another 5-10 years).
I'd like to go with realistic in this scenario.

Gary Patterson has always been a good coach who gets everything from his players. I know he is not on radar but he has always done well with little.
