So in other words LSU will probably be out of the tournament by Thursday evening if neither Floyd nor Skenes pitches Thursday either lol.

Not many guys to choose from. Not going to mess with Floyd or Skenes schedule. Coleman won’t go on a few days rest after starting Saturday. Can’t touch Little and Hellmers isn’t available until we hear otherwise.
That leaves Money, Hurd, Guidry or Cooper that could start. Herring hasn’t started once this year or else I’d say he might be considered.

Skenes will start Thursday and if they make it to Friday Floyd will start.

Your in a tournament idiot. Everything resets. Have you never played baseball. If we wait till the 3rd game to pitch Floyd or Skenes they will be pitching on the bus home.

If anyone is interested, Cincy and UCF are on ESPN+ right now.
The AAC tournament has already started. It's an exciting time with a ton of baseball available to be watched all day for the next several days.
ETA: I didn't realize how down the AAC is. 8 team tournament. the bottom two teams in the tourney are Tulane and South Florida who both won less than 20 games with more than half of them coming in conference.
Sadly, this league may still get two bids.

I think Cooper makes the most sense since he threw so few pitches over the weekend. Except that we might be starting to see Cooper round into last year's form and CJJ may want to keep him in his bullpen-multiple game per week role to confirm before regionals. If that's the case then probably Money Herring or (downvote away) Little

Skenes will pitch Thursday without question, and, if we make it that far, Floyd will start Friday without question
