I agree that judging the talent is skewed by the evident lack of coaching which brought forth this mob for the low low price of 10M/yr just for the HC. If LK turns them around next year that speaks to the coaching. Some may claim that BK did the same his first year.

My point was to demonstrate that 2019 had talent everywhere. This team, not so much.

On defensive side, I'd have a strong opinion to keep Pickett. He played very good for a true Freshman and has a ton of upside. Having his Freshman year under him and that experience, with the off season and more coaching from CR, he will be star by the time he is done here.
On offensive side, I'd have to say Berry is still yet unproven. Given the atrocious O-Lline, he didn't get much of a chance to prove himself. Most running backs benefit exponentially from O-Line play. Kyle Parker for honorable mention. I believe he's got upside too.
I agree there are other players that have upside, I just wanted to list the three I would hate to see go.

Valid points. Difficult to judge talent with a loser for a head coach.
