White Beans and Shrimp

I put a pot of white beans on to cook earlier and added some nice shrimp toward the very end.

Started of with some green onion sausage and pork jowl.



Added onion, celery, b-pepper, garlic and green onions and cooked that down a bit.



Added the beans, brought it to a light boil and then simmered until done.



Toward the end added fresh parsley and the shrimp and it was ready to enjoy.



Threw some sweet potatoes in the oven and baked those and warmed some French bread slice and it was time to eat!
