Old School:

Josh Reed
Wendell Davis
Eric Martin
Michael Clayton

New School:

Justin Jefferson
Odell Beckham Jr.
Ja’Marr Chase
Jarvis Landry

There is no QB factor in the debate, but let’s pretend this is current football in the Pass Happy targeting Era

Lol I thought some old head would come in by now and said otherwise. Maybe I should have mixed the teams up to make it a challenge.

The majority of posters here have never seen that first group play.

That being said, I'll take the new class.

Give me the old group. They produced when defense was actually played.

Before any tards lose their shite, yes the new group is elite in every way.

Before the 'new school' the best NFL receivers from LSU were Bowe and Kennison. There's NO debate.

New group easily. Way flashier and just better overall athletes by far. it's really not close and to prove it compare their NFL careers compared to the list of old school. Several have potential to be HOF players if they continue on their trajectory.

Every player in the New School class has broken some sort of record in the NFL.

Ball control offense, the older group
Big play offense, the younger group
Depends on your offensive mindset.

I’m an old head and even I would say the new generation. Loved watching Martin

Say what you want, but Josh Reed at LSU was probably better than all of them. He was the best WR that year with less talent at QB and still probably averaged more catches and yards per catch if I am guessing. All were awesome though.
