Marriott Newport coastal villas. Very far away from Pasadena but very nice. Whatever you do go get a cheeseburger at Tommy’s original hamburgers on Beverly and rampart

I have a room at Hotel Brandwood in Glendale. Hopefully it’s decent. It has nice reviews and is close to Pasadena. Checking in that Thursday, checking out Sunday. I plan on going to check out Santa Monica and all the beach area during the day Friday. Of course hoping to find Tigers to drink and party with each night and tailgating before the game and celebrating after the game

LA is a cess pool. Private flying in, watching the game, high tailing it out right after. I wish to leave as little of my money as possible in Commie Cali.

then why even go?

Much cheaper to watch in your safe space with a nice tv and a crowd of sycophants.

Plenty of places to stay nearby. You have Arcadia, Ontario and other cities close by to stay. You may also try and fly into Ontario airport also. It is closer.

At my house in Oxnard. This will be my first game at the Rose Bowl since Maurice Jones-Drew was playing for UCLA.

Because I’m not cheap and I love watching the Tigers. So while I fly at FL450 and sit in the box, you stay in your moms basement and wait on a stimulus check.

Haven’t booked a hotel yet, but flying into Burbank from Northern California for this one for sure. Might even do a same day round trip depending on the kick off time and available flight times.

La Quinta, why give a 4-5 star hotel ($$$$) all your money as if you own that $hit?!

I enjoy the Pasadena area, but will never go to the Rose Bowl again. Was there for the ‘93 Super Bowl. If you have ever been, I am sure you know what I mean. The portals you see on tv are actually the entrances to the stadium at the end of a tunnel at street level. I am 5’6” and my knees hit the back of the person sitting in front. Not sure of the number, but seems like a 100+ seats between aisles. If the guy in the middle goes for a beer, everyone has to stand for him to get in and out, blocking the view of those seated behind. Gets really old by the 4th quarter. Just a pain that detracts from the game.
