I remember when we crushed USC out there (early 80s i think), we had at least 20K fans. That was the return game of the last minute loss to them in '79. LSU fans took over that place. I expect something similar for this game!

Pasadena is beautiful. Wish we had spent more time there when we visited L.A. a few years ago. Excellent dining. Really cool downtown area. Very safe at night. Has a small town feel to it. Definitely worth the trip !

Flights will be cheap for quite a while. Check and see if Spirit flies from N.O. to L.A. Or if you book far in advance you can probably get a good deal on Southwest out of N.O. we flew from D.C. to N.O. on Southwest for the Natty and only paid about $250 round trip. And we only booked them about 6 weeks before the game.

I'll be staying at my house and taking metro rail to the game. DO NOT try to drive to the Rose Bowl, for those of you coming from out of town.
