When will we finally admit when the season went downhill?

It’s when the outfield stopped warming up.

I was told here the Sunday Tennesee game was going to be the turning point of the season....and it was.

But not for the reason everyone thought.

when they stopped throwing the ball around the infield after an out.....you know one of the staples of baseball, just like lining up and fielding your position, not scattered all to one side of the field.
LSU desperately needs to get back to basics ....and I'm not even going to list them for those that don't know what they are.

You are a consistent person. Which is a very underrated quality in society today. I would assume the lack of outfield warmup between innings is related to the 2 minute clock. But I don’t know why they don’t anymore.

Everyone else still does it. I’m pretty sure we did at the beginning of the season also.

It bothers me.

Do we know why they don’t do this? I don’t think I’ve ever seen a team not do this or I just didn’t notice

Jays treating it like a privilege. Throwing it around itself is a form of showboating. Don’t showboat when you make 3 errors a game. Don’t mind it tbh

The outfield not warming up is weird though

That isn't the moment when it went downhill, but it was the moment that sounded alarms that the possibility existed of it all going downhill.

Correct if Sac St didn't open your eyes then i don't know what will. That same Sac St team is now 24-29 overall

It’s amazing how many times now LSU has scored 8 runs in a conference game and still lost. If not for playing an awful South Carolina team, we could have potentially finished the second half of the conference being swept in 5 straight series
