When they took the interim status off of him. He's said the right things and has built the program back the right way. His toughness and commitment to sticking to a system is absolutely on point.

As soon as we were spurned by Herman and Fisher.

When did you accept coach O as the HBC?
When TBL came onto the CC Board and announced that O was getting the nod, I accepted it.

Whether I was excited or disgusted about it at the time is now trivial, as it most assuredly turned out to be the right move. But regardless, that's when I accepted Coach O.

I had my doubts. Troy happened, and that didn't help. But I always hoped he would succeed. I will say he surpassed my expectations. I would have asked you to share your sheet of acid if you'd told me Ed Orgeron would lead LSU to the most dominant,15-0, single season in CFB history, have that team shatter nearly every offensive record in the books, produce a legitimate Heisman winning quarterback, beat Alabama, destroy Georgia in the SECCG, nostril rape Oklahoma in the CFB semi final, and convincingly beat defending national champion Clemson in the Title Game.

It still feels like a dream.

The Georgia southern game. I saw the offense revamped like he promised I’ve been impressed since that game

I guess I’m the only one that was not in favor of coach O. Maybe the only one that would admit it.

I was in favor of the hire from the start but was cautiously optimistic. By his 2nd year, I felt good about the hire. We seemed pretty well prepared every game

Im calling bullshite. No way you thought he was going to be the head coach Monday after the Auburn loss in 2016.

I accepted it the day he was named head coach and traveled to Orlando to see his first game. Even though I kicked and screamed all of 2017, I knew we were stuck for better or worse. Turned out for the better.

Good thing all these people who O wasn’t their first choice have absolutely no fricking say whatsoever on LSU football business.
Pay your money, be a fan and stfu when adults who know wtf is going on are making decisions.

For me...the day he was hired. He’s the leader of the team. I support the team.
