Comparing true sophomore who had more catches as a FR than a rsJR in 4 years lol
Again, another guy who can’t follow basic discussions. The post was in response to someone who implied that 22 previous catches disqualified someone for making a big impact. I showed someone who had done so with just 23. Bringing in other factors is moving the goal posts.

His point is completely relevant. Jamar Chase was a True Freshman. Hilton has been here 3 years and both have same catches up to that point. Moving the goal posts? What lol? That isn't the right use of the phrase at all. The 1 year vs 3 year thing is by far most relevant thing in this comparison.

Hoping he can catch up to a couple of those Nuss overthrows on go patterns.

that would be true if we were talking about a comparison between those players. We were not. We were talking about a player (note the indefinite article "a") Who has 22 catches previously.

Since we are apparently being pedantic, here is the post you originally replied to:

So the dude with 22 career catches is going to transform the LSU offense?

I guess the idea is that those deep balls that Nuss throws to Lacy that end up 10 yard overthrows will be run under by Hilton? Could happen, I guess.

Hilton will get rotational work, but I’m honestly looking for more ways to get AA and Zavion involved. AA has quietly become our most reliable receiver
