I am all for a new tiger as long as they are able to keep him safe from cancer. They need to disinfect the kennel so that the next tiger doesn't get sick too.

Tony is an old tiger that has lived in his habitat for most his life. I think the increase in the number of visitors and change in the noise level would be overly stressful if he were moved to LSU. I know he gets visitors now and he is at a noisy truck stop but there would be more visitors and more noise and it would just be so very different.
I just am not convinced that "rescuing" Tony from his tiny cage to go to LSU at this stage is a good idea. I don't think I will be signing any pettitions just yet.

The best way to do that is to throw it in the water. If it sinks it's healthy. If it floats it's got the cancer bug.
