Easily his bad PR.

I love Will Wade, but he sucked hiring Trent Johnson and Johnny Jones. He could have hired the Virginia coach.

He is spineless.
Handled Miles poorly. He wanted him gone but didn’t have the balls to get it done at the end of the season when it was teed up. Let Florida have their way with us on the “hurricane” game. What the hell is going on with WBB? Jumped the gun on WW because he didn’t have good communication with his coach prior to or during the debacle. His cheap shots in the press are not the iterations of a leader. He is a CYA coward bureaucrat. And on and on . . .

His handling of the Miles situation in 2015 is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. It was time for Les to go, but the way Alleva and LSU handled that situation was classless. Les deserved better than that.

After watching Louisana's Kim Mulkey win another championship while we gave Nikki Fargas a contract extension instead of a kick out the door makes my blood boil. I hope the new AD has it in him to bring Mulkey home to LA.
