Yeah that about sums it up perfectly on Joe.

That was the issue with Joe, he shouldn’t have survived the Duke disaster...but somehow he parlayed that into a better job. Joe couldn’t fight or stand by his decisions because there’s nothing he really brings to the table, you don’t play along well we’ll just replace you with another useless puppet. A talented, in demand AD would threaten to walk if you don’t let him do his job and typically you’d cave because you don’t want to lose an important cog in your machine

Joe Alleva is basically an appendix
