Right, if this had happened a year ago it would be players jumping ship on Les but now its, should Grimes go?
I heard on the radio today that some sports guy picked LSU to go 3-5 in the SEC. If that should happen and I don't think it will, who will get the blame since O is not to meddle with the offense or defense?

I don't think we're gonna be pushing Bamas D-line around this year. Les did a poor job recruiting o-line, especially since he was one.

I can bet you that once the heat dies down that Teuhema will regret his rash hot-headed decision to transfer. All he had to do is have one final good year this season then he was off to the pros. What a cry baby and a major ignoramus he is. Good riddance you loser.

Some of us have to realize that some of these kids are not studious or come from a upbringing where education is being pushed(not their fault).These kids have to go to college before they go make a living doing what they are best at. I've had easy classes and hard classes in college. The easy classes were easy because I grew up with a teacher as a parent and education was a priority. I knew I was going to college since I was a little kid b/c that was the standard. I'm not trying to say this kid didn't make a mistake that could cost him money in the future. I just wish some people would not look at a situation from their own perspective. I thrive in the class room b/c that is my arena. I LOVE college football, but i feel kids shouldn't have to go to school before they can get to the NFL. Honestly, there should be another avenue for kids to get themselves to the NFL. Just imagine if there were a forum where athletes talked down on us regular folks that can't do what they do??. Some of them suck at being a student Just like pretty much all of us would suck at being a college level football player. Food for thought????

Poor recruiting of guys with character and brains. Talent can only get you so far ... and that distance seems to be about a year or less at LSU.
They need to go after the guy who might not be as talented as a 5 star but sure is more dependable.

Not sure of the reasons yet, but there is little doubt a big part of the responsibility has to fall on Coach Grimes.
It makes little sense that all these young OL are leaving.

You got a solid point. These kids are handpicked by Grimes, of course these drop outs need to do their part but Grimes does not have a good track record keeping these kids.

Goes to show what kind of kids were being recruited towards the end of the last regime. It's not only Olinemen we are losing a few yearly at different positions the last few seasons.

He aint LSU material, either in the coaching or recruiting department.
SOS with the OL every season.
OL is the one area of the team that we're not even close to Alafreakingbama. They've been coached by Mario Cristobal and Brent Key, whom both know how to recruit difference makers in the OL and then coach em up. Grimes is clueless on both imo.........
