we should have between 18 and 21 scholarship offensive linemen.

No indeed not! Recruit 4 per year, that's 16. You will naturally lose some to attrtion or to the NFL, just as we do at all position groups.
QB - Harris and Jennings
WR - Dupree, Quinn, Diarse
DL - Godchaux, Valentine, LMFAO
LB - only position group without major attrition
DB - Jamal, Savion

Considering that the oline has more positions than any of the others, I'd expect at least 3 losses, so 13 on the roster.

Correct I meant left with. Miles recruited or had final say in those linemen who left or were told to leave, so we are where we are today because of those choices.

And earl everyone of those said recruits were signed on his watch, were they not?

No they weren't. Seth Stewart was going to be a freshman this year.

In a post on page 2 of this thread, I saw 5 names of linemen that had left the program.

Andy Dodd was a part of the 2013 class
Chidi Valentine-Okeke was in the 2015 class
Maea Teuhema was in the 2015 class
Willie Allen was in the 2016 class
Seth Stewart, 2017 class

Again, in your post you said "Miles is the reason with are at 11 schollie OL", so whether you want to admit it or not, you want place the blame on Miles for LSU only having 11 lineman on the team.

My question would be, if Miles is to blame, why did the players that were recruited while he was the head coach, stick around anywhere from 1 to 4 years?

Why would they wait to leave until after Miles was canned?

Maybe if he was the only one that left. But 5 Ol have left. Maybe there is a reason from inside.....

There has been rumor of the offense playing uptempo. Maybe one or more of the 5 weren't up to the conditioning?

Don't know about the rest but I know this one had a failed drug test that will carry forward to wherever he transfers.

What? He didn't recruit PP and Frank Wilson had more to do with LF coming to LSU than anyone.

I was talking about Tyrann Mathieu but either way Patrick Peterson signed in 2008. Who do you think the head coach was? Also, Fournette LOVED coach Miles. Quit acting like you know anything. Miles is gone, time to get over your hate.
