Sack against mcneese as a freshman.
Or
Hurting himself for the season celebrating someone else’s tackle?

This. That’s why he is making a mistake.

He doesn’t have any memorable plays unless it’s being unable to get off a block

It’s really his stand-out play

Go watch that play again. He's celebrating because he blew up the whole line and collapsed any running lanes available by himself and made the RB have to bounce outside and eventually gets tackled for a loss. RB makes it through the hole for at least some gain if not for him. And all he did was jump. It's not like he was doing some choreographed dance moves or something.

Don't know why people shite on him for that play. I can't defend him for his play this year because it was not good to put it mildly. Be interested to see how far down he slides.

It was his “stand-out” play for both good and bad reasons. When I think of him, I automatically think of that play, and what could have been, if he doesn’t get injured…

It’s just crazy how folks start shitting on a guy the second he leaves.

he had 3 more tackles than ashton stamps! 2 more than wingo and he started 4 more games. i think we will survive this massive loss.

If those are your thoughts on Maason Smith, then clearly you don't follow LSU football very closely.

Maybe but the young man is absolutely making a career-level mistake.

If the guy becomes a starter in the NFL, then he will again be a real Tiger.
