Recruiting is currently wide open. There is an early signing period Dec 15-17th. Regular signing period opens in February.
With only 2 weeks until many of the kids sign, Kelly has to be talking to recruits. I doubt he will have much input into bowl practices.

BK will set up his admin structure, talk to recruits, recruit our players to stay, peruse the portal. He will NOT coach in bowl practices and may not even attend any bowl practices.
