I made an amberish New England IPA for my sister's Wedding Shower with leftover grain and hops I never used. It had little bugs in it when I found the grain, but they die in the mash and the wort gets boiled so all it does is add some protein. 
I'm calling it Betelgeuse.
Should look a lil' something like LSU's Old Gold:
Her Wedding Shower ends around 4:00, so we all should be nice and toasty for the game.
