Couple things.
1. Discovery here would be a NIGHTMARE for the SEC. The communications around their proposal logically have to detail their desire to do exactly what the court ordered them NOT to do. That makes a judgement open and shut.
2. The only big problem with all of this is time. The SEC is trying to delay until it’s too late. If they can get this past the season they will the. Fall back on their 5/5 rule which would now be expired. (Even though 5ey created the delay to expiration) they’d still use it as their defense.
I’m just waiting for an attorney to find the right judge….then

You have players in camp playing by the rules so why does Kiffin turn his back on some of these people. I fail to see how a couple of players coming in after failing to make the Pro grade will make a significant difference

Understand, My thoughts on the legality of what's happening are not exactly my thoughts on whether this should happen or not.
