If you were coach, would it be a pump em up speech?

or would it be a Motivational speech ?

maybe a kick em in the arse speech

or a reality check?

What do you think this team needs to hear?

Do we go out losers? or do we go out winners? This is about pride and nothing else. You need to get out there and earn your fan and other teams respect. Noone respects you.

Bring in Dr. Lou, and tell them he will be here every day until they play better.

Just listening to him talk would be enough to make me want to never have him come back!

BUT SERIOUSLY I wonder if the attitude we have about always laughing off something serious is a problem our team has i.e. not taking the game serious enough until it is too late.

Is this a team that just is not competitive in spirit? or does not understand how to win?-

Les to team: If you're not up for this game for whatever reason, just raise your hand and I'll give you a free pass to the sidelines, no questions asked and no penalties incurred.

However ... if you don't raise your hand—which tells me that you DO want to play this game—then I will take you at your word. And I expect you to take the field, take ownership of that field, and take control of the game completely away from the other team—and into your own hands. If you do these things, we'll be a very happy group of people come tonight. And if you do not do these things, I will personally kick your asses step by step all the way back to campus. Choice is yours.

Oh ... and have a GREAT day!

I wonder how many of the Ole Miss players were out at a local daiquiri shop at 2:00am Saturday morning a mere 12.5 hrs prior to kickoff? What Friday night curfew, Les?

P.S. - How many LSU players were out celebrating their defeat on Sunday night across the river?
