Yall hands are 3 years too late. Yall should have started worrying about recruiting than instead of telling everyone things are fine. Now you want to start recruiting like Georgia.

Kirby's a really good program CEO type coach, but he ties it with a relentlessness for recruiting which is maximized by his talent base and love for the school which allows him to sell it in an authentic way.

LSU has the talent base. They aren't as relentless when it comes to recruiting. Kelly isn't as much of a sales guy for LSU as Kirby is for UGA. Kirby sat down with the major boosters in state and laid out a blueprint for success, and sold them all on committing to what it takes to be elite. We don't have that level of full commitment, at least yet.

All every 16 and 17 year old recruit has ever known in his lifetime is BAMA, LSU, and Ohio State.

LSU has been recruiting on its name and reputation for feeding players into the NFL.

Georgia is building something. Hopefully LSU is also. I think LSU has kept an edge because of how carnivorous the SEC west has been. There is a little more parity this year with tPortal. How schools navigate NIL and the portal will determine if there will be any more “dynasty” teams.

Georgia has been loaded with studs since at least 2003. Until the last few years they have actually under performed with their talent.

they don't play the program with the greatest dynasty in cfb history every year. Take bama out of the equation and we probably have 2-3 more National Championships and more SEC titles

The state of Georgia is always filled with talent, it was only a matter of time before someone could use that effectively to win championships.

Go take a look at their classes and you'll see the state of GA talent is only a part of it. In a state as talent ruch as GA, UGA still fills the need to recruit nationally instead of pigeonholing themselves to the state. That's where we need to take lessons first.
