For me it is the maturity to throw a check down and not try to drive the throw in when it’s not there. I love he has the confidence and arm to do it, but I want the brain to override

Nuss gets an unnecessary roughness penalty or unsportsmanlike penalty. His swag is too great.

If he runs one in for 6 and then teabags Fickell.

Grabs his junk after a 65 yard bomb and shakes it at the Wisconsin sideline

If he gets the plays to work with like

Georgia Backup QB
GUNNER STOCKTON

did today against fsu

Nuss just needs to keep his Composure

Not make bad decisions and force throws that aren’t there.

Know when to take chances and when to check down or throw it away.

I don’t know if Nuss is accurate enough. We shall see.

We’ll know where he’s at in his progression if he protects his body by sliding after scrambling and throwing the ball away rather than taking a sack.
Throwing the ball away rather than taking a sack is really the key to seeing if he’s playing under control or if his head is spinning.
I don’t expect him to look seasoned in the first quarter but if he looks in control in the second quarter or second half that will be a good sign for the good guys.

72%+ completions
285+ yards
3+ passing td's
Chasing down his running backs and helping them get up after a tackle.
A spicey exchange or two with Wisky defense.

That would sell me for hoping a victory vs USC opening next year.

I don't think we learn much from the bowl game. They're important live reps but we won't know what he will be until next season. And that's what makes being a fan fun imo
