I think CBS is taking Georgia/Mizzou at 2:30, no? LSU/Bama should be night game on ESPN

Just curious of everyone’s thinking here. All I see i night Game wishes

I can see if it was a home game wishing it was at night but why a road game? How does that help Lsu?

.

If you look at the schedule that day, they are the best two matchups. But I think LSU v bama will be more competitive.

CBS has a day/night doubleheader. They get one SEC night game a year. My guess is LSU / Bama are the night game with UGA / Mizzou the 2:30 kick.

CBS used to have a 6-day option that could be excised a couple of times a year as well. Wonder if they’ll do that here to see what UGA goes next week with Fl.

CBS has already announced that they're going to have a double header on November 4th. The double header will feature an afternoon game and a night game. So in all likelihood the Georgia Missouri game will be the afternoon game and the LSU Alabama will be the night game.

Good question.

I agree that seems the most logical lineup but LSU @ Bama will be too much for CBS to pass on. Whichever team that loses is basically out of the West race.

There are key matchups that weekend and the next that will pretty much decide

The following weekend I could see CBS doing the doubleheader and LSU have the evening game vs UF should we win at Bama. OM @ UGA

Double header is already set and is set before the season. If Nov 4, only question is who do they pick for the night time slot.

LSU Bama is always a massive ratings game. Don’t see them passing on it with both teams playing well

LSU-Bama is way more intriguing to the casual CFB viewer that Georgia-Missouri.

CBS picked November 4th for their annual doubleheader with a late game for a reason and it wasn’t because of Missouri v. Georgia.

Oh didn’t realize it had already been announced that was the doubleheader on 11/04. LSU will be the night game then.

Following weekend we should be the 230 game when UF shows to get that arse whipped.

It’s the weirdest dick measuring contest of our fan base to want the Bama game to be prime time on CBS.. even though we hate CBS/Gary and haven’t won a prime time CBS game vs Bama since 9-6.
I’ll never understand it

I have my grandson's birthday party at 3, and since all decisions are made to inconveniece me the most, the Bama game will be 2:30 kickoff.

I’d prefer LSU on the road at Bama to be the 230 game but it won’t be.

Not sure why people keep asking but it was VERY OBVIOUS why CBS picked 11/4 as their double header. And it wasn’t because Missouri was playing Georgia.

The very second last years classic in Tiger Stadium ended, CBS picked this game for prime time.

Unless it's game of the week, the 2:30 game 11/11 will almost certainly be UGA vs Ole Miss. If OM loses, the west is either ours or Bama's. If they win, it's probably theirs. That game has huge implications, especially if UF loses to UGA.
